Hey Guys been a while… I’m posting a new cycle I’m doing that’s a bit different than what I normally run.

I’ll be concentrating on burning fat and getting super lean. I know this may sound really weird to some people, and they will not understand this. I contemplated putting this up at all. Most people think Dbol=bulking and is not to be mixed with Tren. And Deca and Tren don’t go together however it’s been my experience that this is not true.

I’ll be on a very restricted diet that I will include below along with additional supplements. As always I’m open to comments and suggestions.

Cycle will start Nov 5 2018 and run to Jan 8 2019

Daily Diet: As my days differ so will the order of the meals. On my non workout days I’ll do a meal without carbs instead of the post workout shake. Basically if I’m working out earlier that day I’ll do my breakfast, then my workout, then do Meals 3 and 4. Then all the other meals fall after that. Super simple. MEAL 1 – 12 eggs / 4 whole eggs, 2tbps coconut oil, 1 scoop Protein shake
Approx 70 grams of protein / 0 grams of carbs / 56 grams of fat

MEAL 2 – 10oz Chicken / 1/2cup rice / 2tbps flax oil
Approx 60 grams of protein / 29 grams of carbs / 27 grams of fat

MEAL 3 – 10oz Chicken / 2tbps flax oil, fish oil, peanut butter, or coconut oil (I mix it up)
Approx 60 grams of protein / 0 grams of carbs / 29 grams of fat

MEAL 4 – POST WORKOUT SHAKE = 3 scoops Protein Powder / 2 scoops dextrose / 1 cup blueberries / 2 tbsp fiber / 1 scoop greens formula / 1 scoop leucine (5grams) / 1 scoop creatine (5 to 10grams)
Approx 100 grams of protein / 100 grams of carbs / 0 grams of fat

MEAL 5 – POST WORKOUT MEAL 1 HOUR AFTER WORKOUT = 13oz chicken / 1 ½ cup Rice / flax oil, or peanut butter, or coconut oil (I mix it up) / 1 scoop leucine (5grams) / 1 scoop greens formula
Approx 86 grams of protein / 52 grams of carbs / 15 grams of fat

MEAL 6 – 10oz chicken / flax oil, or peanut butter, or coconut oil (I mix it up) / 1 scoop leucine (5grams)
Approx 60 grams of protein / 0 grams of carbs / 29 grams of fat

PROTEIN 421g / 44%
CARBS 181g / 19%
FAT 157 /37%

Workouts:

Cardio– Done on EMPTY stomach in the A.M. with black coffee and water only 4 to 5 days a week for 35min. If you are cutting you can add ECA or a fat burner.

Weak Body parts- Usually done with cardio 4 to 5 days a week involves pumps, centuries, or feeders (whatever you wish to call them). 3 sets of Arms and 3 sets of Calves with 4 sets of vacuums. Weight Training- I’m only doing my body parts 1 day a week this run. Warm up sets are low weight and fast to pump for the first 10min. After that sets are very slow and controlled with 2 second squeezes at the top 5 second negs. Im usually hitting the 6 to 8 rep range when Im failing.  I take very little rest in-between sets. I’m completely wiped at around 14sets (NOT INCLUDING WARM UP SETS). I don’t do the same body part on one set day, I go how Im feeling, however by the end of the week I’ve completed every body part. Days off are 2. Sometimes together other times apart.

ALSO IMPORTANT- I’m doing 1min fascia stretching after each body part worked.
