I took some time off of gear and Ive been working out hard, but Im ready to step it up for this summer.

Test Cyp weeks 1 to 12 800mg per week – Split into 3 injections Monday, Wends, & Friday to week 12 then tapper to TRT
Deca weeks 1 to 6 500mg per week – Split into 2 injections Monday, & Thursday
Tren E Weeks 7 to 12 200mg per week – Split into 2 injections Monday, & Thursday
MK677 50mg per day everyday

Dropped DECA and added Tren at 200mg per week.
ALSO added YK-11 to my pre workouts on lifting days at 15mg powder dose
Everything is going well and fat is dropping as planned.
My weight training workouts for this run is the DY style 4 days per week as explained HERE
My cardio is ramping up to 4 days at 38min per session in the am on empty stomach.
