For many of us, working out is the easy part. Nutrition? That's the real struggle. This educational video series is designed to give you the most essential information and insight into the most confusing part of the fitness lifestyle: how much, when, and what to eat to achieve your fitness and physique goals.
If you want to know where to start when it comes to things like dialing in your protein intake, eating for muscle gain or weight loss, or how to make sense of food labels, start here. It's the college class we all should have taken but was never offered—until now.
The videos are all 5-15 minutes in length, so you can watch them in a row, or space them out 're taking a college course—except that you can do your cardio while you learn! Each video's individual page contains a comprehensive list of notes and important takeaways, so you can keep learning after you watch.
Ready to start? Check out video one, and start building your foundation.
